En particulier, nous \u00e9tudions dans quelle mesure les outils num\u00e9riques g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des changements dans le temps en relation avec le travail. Nous constatons que, d&rsquo;une part, la num\u00e9risation i) diminue le temps disponible en raison de l&rsquo;augmentation du rythme de travail, de la charge de travail et de la gestion du personnel. D&rsquo;autre part, la num\u00e9risation ii) augmente le temps disponible en raison de la substitution des principales t\u00e2ches de gestion par la technologie elle-m\u00eame.
