Il porte sur l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;innovation manag\u00e9riale en entreprise, qui a pour but de mettre l&rsquo;humain au c\u0153ur des pr\u00e9occupations organisationnelles. Les recherches et accompagnements d\u2019entreprises du LENTIC ont \u00e9galement permis d\u2019\u00e9laborer des recommandations pour guider les r\u00e9flexions et actions tout au long du cheminement vers un renouvellement de l\u2019organisation et de ses pratiques, \u00e0 retrouver dans l&rsquo;article. <br>\u00ab Exit les hi\u00e9rarchies pyramidales, le contr\u00f4le permanent du sup\u00e9rieur et l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution pure et simple d&rsquo;ordres venus d&rsquo;ailleurs. Risqu\u00e9e car un \u00e9chec peut avoir des cons\u00e9quences dramatiques, par exemple lorsque le droit \u00e0 l\u2019expression ou \u00e0 l\u2019erreur est d\u00e9ni\u00e9 \u00e0 ceux qui osent d\u00e9sormais en toute confiance. Souvent, ces projets tendent \u00e0 se focaliser sur les aspects processus et num\u00e9risation, ne laissant aux dimensions humaines qu\u2019une place marginale. Pourtant, les d\u00e9partements des ressources humaines peuvent grandement contribuer au succ\u00e8s de tels projets. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Point de vue de Marine Franssen, charg\u00e9e de recherches au LENTIC et co-autrice de plusieurs \u00e9tudes sur le sujet : \u00ab&nbsp;Un projet de transformation digitale va bien au-del\u00e0 des aspects techniques. On a tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 impliquer les RH d\u00e8s avant l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation si l\u2019on veut correctement appr\u00e9hender son bien-fond\u00e9.
