Naedenoen un article dans European Management Journal, sur la soutenabilit\u00e9  de la carri\u00e8re des \u00ab\u00a0skilled Contingent Workers\u00a0\u00bb (SCWs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#f07d00\">Are skilled contingent workers neglected? <br>Evidence from a cross-sector multiple case study on organizational career management practices<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lentic.ulg.ac.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Elsevier.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4451\" width=\"440\" height=\"529\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.lentic.ulg.ac.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Elsevier.jpg 707w, http:\/\/www.lentic.ulg.ac.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Elsevier-250x300.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 440px) 100vw, 440px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br>Cette recherche vise \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir dans quelle mesure les entreprises clientes soutiennent la carri\u00e8re des travailleurs externes qualifi\u00e9s, comme les freelances et consultants qui sont nomm\u00e9s skilled contingent workers (SCWs), en leur fournissant des pratiques de gestion de carri\u00e8re. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En analysant trois entreprises belges de diff\u00e9rents secteurs, on constate que les SCWs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient effectivement de pratiques de gestion de carri\u00e8re offertes par les entreprises clientes. Ces pratiques couvrent trois dimensions : la formalisation des pratiques, l&rsquo;orientation individuelle ou organisationnelle&nbsp;des pratiques,&nbsp;et la diff\u00e9renciation des pratiques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par la suite, ces trois dimensions sont expliqu\u00e9es, respectivement, par trois variables contextuelles : le cadre l\u00e9gal et r\u00e9glementaire, les configurations de gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) des entreprises et la valeur du capital humain, et les r\u00f4les des interm\u00e9diaires du march\u00e9 du travail.
