La litt\u00e9rature sur la gestion des talents est presque exclusivement ax\u00e9e sur les employ\u00e9s traditionnels et ignore largement la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre externe, m\u00eame si, comme les IPros, ils incarnent des talents de grande valeur. En outre, une grande partie de la litt\u00e9rature sur le TM adopte une perspective organisationnelle, tandis que la perspective individuelle reste marginale. En avan\u00e7ant la notion de facteurs institutionnels dans le macro-environnement, les auteurs s&rsquo;appuient sur des entretiens avec 52 IPros dans deux contextes institutionnels contrast\u00e9s pour fournir une vision authentique de la gestion des talents en dehors de la relation de travail standard.
