Retour sur le premier module \u00ab Le Temps de l\u2019Analyse \u00bb du nouveau Certificat Universitaire en \u00ab Project and Change Management \u00bb (HEC Li\u00e8ge Executive Education) coordonn\u00e9 par le Professeur Olivier Lisein. <\/p>\n\n\n\n


Dans le cadre du premier module du Certificat Universitaire en \u00ab Project and Change Management \u00bb <\/font> qu\u2019il coordonne \u00e0 HEC Li\u00e8ge Executive Education, Olivier Lisein (LENTIC \u2013 HEC Li\u00e8ge) invitait les participants \u00e0 analyser les dynamiques actuelles de transformation des organisations sous diff\u00e9rents regards compl\u00e9mentaires : facteurs explicatifs, enjeux transversaux, incertitudes g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es, styles de management du changement, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concepts th\u00e9oriques, exercices, \u00e9tudes de cas, \u00e9changes d\u2019exp\u00e9riences, retours sur des projets de recherche-intervention men\u00e9s par le LENTIC, t\u00e9moignages de guest speakers ont rythm\u00e9 les 3 jours de ce module \u00ab Le Temps de l\u2019Analyse \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
