Bienvenue \u00e0 eux!<\/span><br \/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">Marie, docteure en sciences de gestion (UCLouvain, 2018), d\u00e9marre un mandat post-doctoral.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">J\u00e9r\u00f4me, titulaire d&rsquo;un master en Gestion des Ressources Humaines (ULi\u00e8ge, 2018), entame quant \u00e0 lui un parcours doctoral.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">Tous deux sont engag\u00e9s sur le projet EOS-CARST \u201cSustainable careers for project-based and dual-earner workers: a stakeholders perspective\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">Ce projet vise \u00e0 \u00e9tudier et comprendre les d\u00e9fis et opportunit\u00e9s li\u00e9s \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re des travailleurs au projet, et des travailleurs au sein d\u2019un foyer \u00e0 double revenu. Ce projet mobilise une approche \u00e0 multiples parties prenantes, \u00e0 savoir les interm\u00e9diaires du march\u00e9 du travail et les partenaires de vie des travailleurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">Pinar, docteure en psychologie organisationnelle (KULeuven, 2018), d\u00e9marre elle aussi un mandat postdoctoral d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par PRISME (HEC-Li\u00e8ge).\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">Son objet de recherche <\/span><span class=\"\" lang=\"fr\">vise \u00e0 \u00e9tudier un nouveau type de contrat psychologique, qui r\u00e9ponde aux besoins et facteurs de motivation sp\u00e9cifiques des travailleurs contingents, en particulier lorsqu\u2019ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du soutien d\u2019interm\u00e9diaires du march\u00e9 du travail.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En ce mois d&rsquo;octobre, trois nouveaux collaborateurs ont rejoint notre \u00e9quipe : Marie Antoine, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Sulbout et\u00a0Pinar Tufan.
